Aaron Ramsey is still struggling to fit in at Rangers
From bad to worse, Aaron Ramsey continues to struggle with injuries and sub-par performances at Rangers. He was loaned out in January and has not convinced them to want to bring him back next season. The Welsh player arrived in Scotland on transfer deadline day hoping for a new start but his wish has not happened yet, as his career continues to spiral. The 31-year-old player has only played a total of 94 minutes in four games and his fitness problems don’t seem to be going away. It’s not entirely surprising considering the many problems the midfielder had in his experience at Juventus.
According to Claciomercato, the Scottish club will not make the move permanent and the midfielder will be back in Turin this summer. In this case, the Bianconeri will try to look for another club for the Welshman to avoid paying his high salary of €7M plus bonuses or terminate his contract which the player refused in January.
The former Arsenal player is currently out due to an injury and Ranger’s boss has admitted that he doesn’t know exactly when he will be able to return to the squad. His only start for the Light Blues came against Annan Athletic in the Scottish Cup and he hasn’t featured at all since the win over Borussia Dortmund two weeks ago.
