Aaron Ramsey is set to miss Juventus-Empoli this Saturday due to a low-grade injury to the adductor major muscle of the right thigh. The Welshman will undergo new exams in ten days to define the precise recovery time.
Ramsey picked up the injury at the end of the first Serie A match this season against Udinese. He was tested at J Medical yesterday morning, where his injury was revealed. This is Ramsey’s eleventh injury since joining Juventus in 2019. He has had thigh-, muscular-, fitness- and adductor problems, three muscle injuries, one unknown injury, lumbago and a stress response from the bone.
Ramsey earns €7M a year and has a contract until 2023. That’s a very high salary for a player who’s never played two full matches in a row for Juventus.
