Adrien Rabiot discusses his relationship with mother-agent

Adrien Rabiot has also shared insights with Sportweek via Ilbianconero, in a wide-ranging interview granted by his mother, Veronique yesterday – read his mother’s interview here.
The French midfielder emphasized the trust he places in his mother’s negotiation skills, stating, “Generally, if I don’t have specific requests that we might discuss together in advance, I rely on her way of negotiating, knowing her personality and character.”
Addressing the presence of his mother at important stages of his career, Rabiot stated, “I don’t see anything wrong with a parent being present, and I believe it’s reassuring for a club to know that its player is not at the mercy of strangers or agents with different priorities. If I had children, I would also attend their training sessions.”
Reflecting on his decision to rely on his mother as his agent, Rabiot expressed his satisfaction with her performance, despite her initial lack of knowledge about the football world.
