Juventus manager, Allegri, has recently stated that there will be no further transfer activity for the club before the end of the season.
However, the need for depth at the fullback position remains a concern for the team. If given the budget, the club would likely seek to bring in a new player in that position and there have been several names linked with a potential move to Juventus.
Atalanta’s Maehle is a particularly popular option, as he is considered to be an affordable player with a strong reputation in Europe, while Holmit is another possibility, but the club would need to consider the competition from other teams, such as Roma, and their financial situation.
Despite the lack of a pressing need to improve the squad, the problem may be more about a lack of personnel. With players such as Aké and Barbieri, the team may be able to buffer the gap in the fullback position.

As things stand, Allegri has designated Cuadrado as the starter, with De Sciglio as his second choice. Chiesa and Soulé are also possibilities, with the club keeping an eye out for opportunities, potentially in the form of loan deals.
