“We have good players with little international experience. We played a good game, I’m sorry for the result and for not staying in the Champions League, but you have to turn the page and be angry,” he said.

“Three important matches await us. We must immediately resume work, on the one hand we must be satisfied with the qualification for the Europa League, and on the other angry for not having achieved the goal set.”

On Chiesa: “Yesterday he did a good workout, my doubts were about the psychological aspect, but yesterday in training I saw him serene and calm. Today he played 20 minutes, he did well, he has a lot of desire but he must be managed until the World Cup. Then we will work on it to have him in better conditions in January”.

On Injuries: “It’s not a new Juve, we’ve had many muscle injuries but also not. Neither I nor the coaching staff could do anything about it. We now have a game against what I think is still the strongest team in Italy. It will be a very important and delicate match.”

Szczęsny: ‘We didn’t want to play in Europa League’

“Initially we didn’t want to play in the Europa League but now we are there, and we have to play it with the utmost respect for the competition and for the shirt. I think the attitude was right despite the lost game,” he told Mediaset.

“We didn’t see this attitude during the season. Too bad we only saw it in the last game when we were out of the group. Today there was a strong signal from the young guys.

“Juve-Inter? Now we are better, and we bring this enthusiasm to try to win against Inter.”

Rabiot: ‘With this attitude we can win against big teams’

“Difficult to explain, the important thing is that we have shown, we must do it again on Sunday, a good game to prepare Inter on Sunday. With this attitude we can win against the big teams,” he said.

Aled Sandro: ‘We played a quality game’

“What we did, did not lead to victory, but we played a quality game. We have to improve to win, it’s not enough to play well but we have to close the games,” said Alex Sandro.
