Arsenal have made a survey on Weston McKennie and have spoken to his agent to understand if it is possible to sign him in the last days of the transfer window, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.
Various English clubs such as AFC Bournemouth, Fulham and Aston Villa were said to be interested in Weston Mckennie but the USMNT international wanted to go to in bigger club.
Should Arsenal would put effort into signing him this month, the 25-year-old midfielder would be open and ready to join the Gunners.
On the Juventus side, they are ready to hold talks with any club that wants Weston McKennie for a fair offer, between €20 and €25 million fixed base plus bonus.
Arsenal are yet to recruit in midfield in this transfer window, however, Mikel Arteta made his first signing last week, bringing in Leandro Trossard from Brighton, while Jakub Kiwior is also close to joining from Spezia this week.
McKennie joined Juventus from FC Schalke 04 in 2022. Since then he has featured over 20 times times for the Old Lady, including 15 appearances in Serie A this season.
