Board of Directors approve half-yearly financial statements

Juventus Board of Directors met Thursday, February 24 through telecommunication means under Andrea Agnelli. They examined and approved the Consolidated Half-Year financial report of December 31, 2021.
Juventus, with an official note, announced that the Board of Directors has approved the half-yearly financial statements: “The Board of Directors of Juventus has approved the accounting results for the first half of 2021/2022. The first half of the 2021/2022 financial year closes with a consolidated loss of € 119 million, a moderate increase compared to the loss of € 113.7 million in the first half of the previous financial year.
As expected, the club is still suffering losses from the COVID-19 pandemic, but it is not a huge increase. The club also released details regarding the COVISIC investigation from October 4, 2021. Due to further investigation, the Federal Prosecutor deemed that the club does not constitute any disciplinary action. Juventus will continue to operate as normal while trying to get the club back on track after the pandemic and investigations.
