Daneile Rugani’s agent Davide Torchia confirmed that Juventus has expressed the pleasure of continuing to have Rugani in the squad, and does not want to negotiate for any sales.
Sampdoria were reportedly hoping to add Rugani to their ranks on loan for the rest of the campaign, according to the reports from Italy last week.
Furthermore, Sampdoria sporting director Daniele Faggiano was spotted in Juventus’s headquarters as the Bianconeri would be willing to part ways with the Italian defender, but only if a replacement arrives to bolster Allegri’s squad.
But despite all this, Davide Torchia has already confirmed that Juventus have no plans to release the 28-year-old defender, whose contract will expire next summer, even though he still lacks enough playing time under Allegri.

“Juventus has expressed the pleasure of continuing to have Rugani in the squad, and does not want to negotiate for any sales,” said Davide Torchia to Tuttojuve.
“The footballer is useful for the club project that is being created right now. This was told to us before the match with Udinese, so nobody could know about his use and performance.
“Saturday’s performance supports their opinions, we are happy with all this and reiterate the fact that we never asked to leave. We know our role, Daniele works to live up to it and always wants to be ready.”
Daniele Rugani started in Juventus’ 1-0 win over Udinese thanks to Danilo’s late goal, as Gleison Bremer was ruled out through injury. So far he has played only three games in Serie A.
