Massimiliano Allegri and Gleison Bremer spoke in the press conference on the eve of Juventus match against Nantes in the Europa League.

Gleison Bremer speaking

What ambitions are you approaching the Europa League with?

«It’s an important match, we have to go all the way. One step at a time starting tomorrow.»

Are you better in back three?

«Last year I always played in back three, but I’m available to the coach if we have to switch to four.»

Can you take stock of your season?

«Positive. I had some bad games, especially Napoli and Monza, but this is a moment of growth. Next year will be important.»

Do you want to redeem the disappointment of the Champions League?

«We always want to be positive and give our best.»

Did you have any problems before Naples and Monza?

«I don’t like looking for alibis, I did wrong. Five years ago nobody knew me, last year I was the best defender, this is my strength.»

Where is Mr. Allegri improving you the most?

«Last year we played man now I’m improving in my departmental work by defending in the area.»

Massimiliano Allegri speaking

Retrieve anyone for tomorrow?

«Tomorrow we will recover Cuadrado, Bonucci will be called up. All available except Pogba and Kaio Jorge.»

Do you see a more motivated Juve?

«The fact of having dropped out of the Champions League has left us with a bad taste in our mouths and very angry. We know it won’t be easy and Nantes are coming off only one defeat in their last 10 games. Tomorrow we have to lay the foundations to go to Nantes with a good lead.»

Are you afraid that Thursday’s commitment will cause you to lose energy?

«Europe gives us the opportunity to fill the calendar. We have to be good at filling the Europa League to play as many games as possible.»

How is Pogba’s recovery going?

«I don’t know. Let’s take it one step at a time, let’s hope we have it as soon as possible. Paul must be evaluated one day at a time.»

Many coaches complained playing on Thursday?

«You face it like when you play in the Champions League first on Wednesday and then on Saturday. We have an important squad and the 5 changes will help me if I get them right.»

How important is it not to think about the -15 penalty points?

«The Europa League counts because the more games you have, the less you train. We do this job to play the big challenges, because there are no challenges in training. We no longer think about -15, the team was good at reacting. You need to have one goal, but the certainty is that the team scored 44 points.»

How far is it from Chiesa to be at the top?

«The fact that he has recovered since Sunday is already a sign of how much he is growing physically.»

What do you expect from the fans tomorrow?

«Even against Fiorentina they’ve been close to us. Since they took away our points they’ve compacted and I’m very happy about that.»

Are you favourites?

«I don’t know if we are favourites, but Nantes are a good team. I want to give a big hug to the player who lost his daughter.»

«I want to wish Next Gen all the best for tonight’s semi-final.»
