Juventus are working to keep Adrien Rabiot, and have already put the first offer on the table, €7m a season salary, which is similar to the current one.
The French midfielder is currently allowed to negotiate with another team and sign a pre-contract because he has only six years left on his contract.
However, Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri considers him one of the key players, and will do everything possible to keep him this January.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Juventus are ready to offer Adrien Rabiot a salary of €7m, the same as his current salary, but with concessions on the bonuses which will be about €1m.

However, reports from CalcioMercatoWeb states that Arsenal are leading the chase to sign the Frenchman having been convinced by his excellent displays at the World Cup in Qatar.
The 27-year-old midfielder has scored trice and assisted twince in 11 games in Serie A, while having scored once and assisted once in the last FIFA World Cup.
