Juventus consider move for PSG goalkeeper Lucas Chevalier

Juventus are reportedly interested in signing Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper Lucas Chevalier, only one year after he joined the French club.

The Italian club is looking for a new goalkeeper who can become their long-term number one. Chevalier is now one of the players Juventus are considering.

Juventus are expected to focus on signing a goalkeeper before the transfer window closes. The club is not fully convinced by Michele Di Gregorio and is looking at other options.

According to Foot Mercato, Chevalier is the latest goalkeeper to be linked with Juventus. The club is also interested in Emiliano Martinez and Guglielmo Vicario, but signing either player could be difficult.

Chevalier is only 24 years old and has a contract with PSG until 2030. Because of this, Juventus could have to pay a high transfer fee if they decide to make an official offer.

The situation could become more interesting because Juventus and PSG are both reportedly interested in Parma goalkeeper Zion Suzuki.

The Japanese goalkeeper has impressed in Serie A, and both clubs are considering him as a possible signing.

If PSG manage to sign Suzuki, it could make it easier for Chevalier to leave Paris and join Juventus. However, the race for Suzuki is still open, and the situation could change.

Chevalier joined PSG from Lille in the summer of 2025 for a reported €40 million transfer fee.

He arrived in Paris with high expectations and was seen as a future first-choice goalkeeper. However, his first season at the club has not gone as planned.

During the season, Chevalier lost his starting position to Russian goalkeeper Matvey Safonov.

His situation became even more difficult after he suffered an injury shortly before the World Cup. The injury kept him out for several weeks and also prevented him from playing in the tournament.
