In celebration of the Agnelli family’s centennial ownership of Juventus, John Elkann, Gianluca Ferrero, Alessandro Del Piero, Antoino Conte, Fabio Capello,Nicolo Fagioli, and Gianluigi Buffon share their heartfelt reflections on the profound impact the family has had on the club.

From the unwavering support to the shared passion for the black and white colors, the Agnelli family’s presence has been a constant source of strength and inspiration for Juventus.

Alessandro Del Piero, in occasion of the special centennial ownership by the Agnelli family, expressed, “In that hand on the shoulder, you can feel the strength, the support, the responsibility of being Juventus for a hundred years. A century together, the Club and the Agnelli family.

“There is a photo, taken at the training ground at the old Comunale in the early 2000s, that particularly connects me to the Avvocato, whom I met, as well as Dr. Umberto, from my early days at Juventus. It is in those conversations, in those moments, that I saw what those colors meant to the Agnelli family.

“I am a fan of Juventus, I spent nineteen years in black and white, and this has given me the opportunity to be part of a great history and to understand what this love that has lasted for a century means. Because there are stories that cannot end.”

Gianluigi Buffon, on the occasion of the Agnelli family’s centenary at the helm of Juventus, stated, “Juventus, shaped by the footballing genius and vision of many champions, has found in the Agnelli family a constant guiding light.

“With every triumph and challenge, the family has shown an unconditional love for the black and white colors, turning dreams into reality. A century-long journey, intertwined with passion, dedication, and timeless victories.”

Nicolò Fagioli, reflecting on the special occasion, expressed, “My life is incredibly intertwined with Juventus: a young Juventus fan who arrives at Vinovo and embarks on a journey that, when I look at it now, feels like a fairytale. The training sessions and matches, the encounters with my idols, and the determination to one day wear the First Team jersey.

“And here I am, with the same determination as young Nicolò, but with the mindset of grown-up Nicolò, living my dream and aware of the privilege and responsibility of stepping onto the field with and for Juventus.”

Fabio Capello, reminiscing about his time at Juventus, shared his excitement, saying, “What an emotion the first Juventus jersey! Playing in front of the Avvocato, who had an incredible charm, and then the thrill of the first Scudetto… By the way: for me, there are thirty-eight Scudetti, we won them all together, dominating. Forza Juve!”

Antonio Conte, reflecting on the special occasion, expressed his deep connection to the club, stating, “An indissoluble bond, an epic story. A long, fascinating, and victorious novel of life and sport that never ceases to amaze and inspire. It is a great pride to be part of this history.”

John Elkann, reflecting on the century-long journey, stated, “These have been a hundred years of excitement, victories, setbacks, rebirths, and absolute passion passed down from generation to generation.

“Being part of this great Bianconeri family, recognized, supported, and understood worldwide, and sharing the visceral love for a team that, for millions of us, is a home, has been and continues to be one of the greatest joys of my life.

“It was passed down from my grandfather to me and then to my children. For all the adventures we have experienced and those we will build together, I can only say thank you with all my heart. Now and forever, Forza Juve.”

Gianluca Ferrero, the club’s president, expressed his pride in being part of the special occasion, stating, “Tradition, passion, and glorious successes. An authentic story, the story of its champions, its executives, and all the people who have always given their all on and off the field. The story of the great love of its fans, but also the story of a city and an entire country. I am proud and honored to be a part of it.”
