Juventus faces potential summer overhaul as departures could each €200 million

Juventus could be set for a significant squad overhaul this summer, with reports suggesting player sales could generate up to €200 million according to La Stampa. While these are just estimates, the figures highlight the Bianconeri’s potential financial windfall.

Departures on the Horizon

Several first-team players could be on their way out, with some exits already linked to specific transfer rumors. Here’s a closer look at the potential departures:

  • Wojciech Szczesny: €5 million
  • Filip Kostic: €10 million
  • Dylan Huijsen: €30 million
  • Mattia De Sciglio: €3 million
  • Samuel Iling Junior: €20 million
  • Enzo Barrenechea: €20 million
  • Arthur Melo: €10 million
  • Weston McKennie: €25 million
  • Matias Soulé: €40 million
  • Moise Kean: €15 million
  • Federico Chiesa: €40 million

Wojciech Szczesny (€5 million): The veteran goalkeeper has been linked with a move to Saudi Arabian side Al-Nassr for a reported €5 million. However, nothing has been confirmed yet.

Filip Kostic (€10 million): While no concrete transfer news surrounds Kostic at this time, his name appears on the list of potential departures.

Dean Huijsen (€30 million): The highly-rated youngster has attracted interest from several clubs. Juventus are open to selling him to reinvest the funds in other priorities. He could even be included in a deal to sign Teun Koopmeiners from Atalanta.

Mattia De Sciglio (€3 million): Similar to Kostic, there are no specific transfer rumors regarding De Sciglio at the moment.

Samuel Iling Junior (€20 million): The young winger’s future could be tied to Aston Villa’s Douglas Luiz. Rumors suggest Iling Junior, along with Weston McKennie, might be part of a swap deal that brings Luiz to Juventus.

Enzo Barrenechea (€20 million): No specific transfer news has emerged for Barrenechea at this time.

Arthur Melo (€10 million): Juventus’ situation with Arthur Melo remains unclear regarding his future with the club.

Weston McKennie (€25 million): As mentioned earlier, McKennie could be involved in a potential swap deal with Aston Villa for Douglas Luiz.

Matias Soulé (€40 million): Premier League clubs West Ham and Bayer Leverkusen are reportedly interested in signing Soulé, with Juventus valuing him at €40 million.

Moise Kean (€15 million): Juventus are looking at Bayer Leverkusen’s Victor Boniface as a possible replacement for either Kean or Milik, hinting at a potential Kean departure.

Federico Chiesa (€40 million): Chiesa’s future hinges on his contract situation. If he doesn’t extend his stay, he could be sold, with Napoli and Bayern Munich reportedly interested.

Juventus is facing a potentially busy transfer window. With significant departures generating funds, the Bianconeri will be looking to strategically invest in reinforcements. The coming weeks will be crucial in determining the final shape of the Juventus squad for the upcoming season.
