Juventus has every intention of accelerating for Alejandro Grimaldo, whose contract is about to expire in June.

The Bianconeri has a fresh plan to signing him , where they would like to present a proposal worth around €4m per year salary and an agreement of at least four years.

However, it will not be easy for Juventus to secure the move because Benfica is still in the Champions League, and the club will wait for the new management which is due to be confirmed this January.

The Spaniard left-back’s contract expires at the end of this season, but it does not seem like he will extend it having ignored contract offers from the Portuguese side so far.

Grimaldo would be the natural replacement for Alex Sandro who could leave the club next summer when he’s contract expires.

The Old Lady are not currently in discussions to extend Alex Sandro’s contract, instead they are keeping tabs on his possible replacements.
