Juventus Next Gen coach Mister Brambilla has spoken ahead of the second leg of the Coppa Italia Serie C final, in an interview on the club’s Twitch channel.
Brambilla emphasized the importance of the match, stating that it will be the most important and beautiful game of the season.
He also left room for possible future scenarios, stating that “at least up to this point” his team is ready for the challenge.
He acknowledged that the match against Vicenza will be difficult, but expressed confidence in his team, saying “We are ready for this final”.

Brambilla also noted that Vicenza has changed their coach since the first leg, and expects a different team to face off against his own.
He highlighted the hard work of the Next Gen team, which has earned its place in the final against some tough competition.
“The key word for this work is ‘growth’,” he said, pointing to the development of players for the first team.
Brambilla highlighted the performances of Matias Soulè and Samuel Iling Jr, who have become regular members of the first team this season, as well as Enzo Barrenechea who has recently been promoted.
“Their individual performance has improved, but so has that of the whole Next Gen team. Tomorrow we will try to exploit this aspect to our advantage,” he added.
Brambilla also mentioned that Simone Iocolano, Diego Stramaccioni, and goalkeeper Gianmarco Crespi will be unavailable for the match.
However, he expressed confidence in the almost-complete squad, stating that “we will have the possibility to choose the best formation possible, keeping several options even during the game.”
In the weeks leading up to the final, Brambilla has been impressed by the form of striker Leonardo Cerri, stating that “we are happy with his performance.
“He is a player with great technical qualities, and physically he is doing very well right now, he is reaping the rewards of his hard work.”
Brambilla also spoke highly of two young players who have made the leap from the Under 19 team to the Next Gen team, Dean Huijsen and Kenan Yildiz.
“Dean has ample room for improvement. He has made huge strides after six months in the U19 team, and has earned his place in the professional team.
“Yildiz is another very interesting prospect. We brought him to the Next Gen team because it can be another step in his career. If he’s with us, it’s because he deserves it,” Brambilla said.
Brambilla also noted that Tommaso Barbieri will be returning to the team after a month out with a muscle problem. He added that while Barbieri has returned, he will need to regain his best form.
In closing, Brambilla spoke about the opportunity this match presents for his young players to measure themselves against high-level opponents, and to learn how to handle pressure in their future careers.
“I am not superstitious, and I think it’s positive because you risk losing focus on the real objectives by focusing on superstitions,” he concluded.
