Juventus have once again dropped points in Serie A, this time against Salernitana (2-2). Milik thought he scored the winner in extra time, but VAR prevented that.
The Bianconeri started well against Salernitana, but failed to score and let the Granata back into the match. After 18 minutes, Salernitana took the lead. Cuadrado mistimed and failed to intercept a long ball, Mazzocchi dribbled past McKennie and crossed it into the Juve box. Candreva was the one to put it behind Perin.
Salernitana doubled their lead just before the break. Bremer blocked a shot with his hands and Piatek converted the following penalty.
Bremer made up for his mistake shortly after halftime, as he headed in Kostic’ cross. Juventus tried to find the equalizer, but it seemed like it wasn’t to be, until Vilhena fouled Alex Sandro in the box. Bonucci stepped up to take the penalty and missed it, but scored the rebound.

Juventus did not deserve to win, but for a moment it looked like Milik had given the Bianconeri the three points when he headed in a corner. He received his second yellow for taking his shirt off while celebrating.
The goal was cancelled by VAR because Bonucci tried to head the ball from an offside position. Hell broke loose on the sidelines and both Cuadrado and Fazio got a red card too. After a crazy game, Juventus sit in 8th place in Serie A.
