Juventus has reportedly appealed against the -15 point penalty imposed on them by the Italian Football Federation (FIGC).
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Bianconeri club is seeking on the cancellation of the penalty, which was imposed on the club in January for financial irregularities.
The appeal will be considered by the CONI College of Guarantee, which is expected to issue its opinion tomorrow at 14:30 Italian time.
Juventus claims that the trial could not be reopened after the double filing a year ago and that the allegations for which they were convicted are different from those contained in the original deferment, preventing a proper defense.

The club further argues that the Covisoc letters constituted the start of the disciplinary action, and the failure to acquire them is a clear violation of the right to defense.
Juventus also claims that the -15 point penalty is not proportionate and that no one has provided a real motivation for how such a number was reached.
The report suggests that this last point could be the “lever” used by the defense for an intermediate situation, which is the most popular on the eve.
