Juventus are facing a fresh injury crisis after Adrien Rabiot and Weston McKennie both suffered significant knocks during the team’s 3-2 win over Frosinone.
Rabiot was forced off in the 26th minute after suffering a dislocation to the little toe of his left foot, while McKennie was replaced by Iling-Junior in the 86th minute with a suspected dislocated left shoulder.
The extent of both injuries is still being assessed, but the news comes as a major blow to Juventus, who are already struggling for results in Serie A.
Rabiot has been a key player for Juventus since joining from Paris Saint-Germain in 2019, while McKennie has also established himself as a regular in the team this season.

The loss of both players will leave Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri short of options in midfield, and could have a major impact on the team’s hopes of finishing in the top four this season.
Juventus will now be hoping that Rabiot and McKennie can make swift recoveries, but it remains to be seen when they will be able to return to action.
Here are some additional details about the injuries:
- Rabiot suffered the injury after a challenge with Frosinone midfielder Francesco Cassata. He was initially able to continue playing, but was eventually substituted after experiencing pain in his foot.
- McKennie landed awkwardly on his shoulder after challenging for a header. He was able to play on for a few minutes, but was eventually substituted as a precaution.
