Cristiano Ronaldo’s agent Jorge Mendes has proposed him to some European clubs but they haven’t said anything to Juventus at the moment, and the club expects him to return to training on July 25th
The five time Ballon d’Or winner has proved to be one of the most important players for Juventus since his arrival in the summer of 2018, but his future has been in doubt since the end of last season.
Juventus finished fourth in Serie A last season under Andrea Pirlo, in a campaign which Cristiano Ronaldo ended up with the Serie A golden boot after finishing as top scorer with 29 goals.
With Massimilliano Allegri as the new manager in charge following Andrea Pirlo departure at the end of last season, it was rumored that the new manager doesn’t count on the Portuguese star despite no reliable sources to confirm this news.
Paris Saint-Germain has been rumored as the team which could be interested in buying Cristiano Ronaldo this summer, and Manchester United as there could be a possible Paul Pogba/Cristiano swap deal which seems very unlikely at the moment.
According to the new sporting director Cherubini and vice president Pavel Nedved, Juventus are waiting for Cristiano Ronaldo’s return from holidays on the 25th July, as other players already started training under Massimilano Allegri.
Today, Mikro Di Natale revealed to Max Statman that Jorge Mendes offered Cristiano Ronaldo to some European Clubs, but the more days that pass, the more difficult it is that he could leave Juventus this summer.
He added that he can’t be suprised if Juventus resumed the idea of February: to renew his contract to avoid the possibilities of losing him for free in the summer of 2022 when his contract runs out.
