There is no doubt that if you know who I am and follow me, you know I’m a huge critic of Max Allegri.
However, if you have been following me for long, you will also know that I am a pragmatics, “A person who is pragmatic is concerned more with matters of fact than with what could or should be. A pragmatic person’s realm is results and consequence” according to Websters dictionary.
When Juventus’s entire board, including Juventus president Andrea Agnelli was forced to resign due to a financial scandal that in the end was nothing more than another witch hunt, it had seemed that all my dreams had come true, but with all this happening during a long and unprecedented World Cup break in the middle of club football season, it gave me time to think. As I stated before, I wanted Agnelli out, but just not this way and not at this time. With Juventus again on the come up, stability is what’s needed at this moment, even though I find it hard to stay awake during matches, there is no doubt that Allegri provides that stability, and with Juventus having a streak of wins not seen since Allegri’s last stint with the club, I feel confident in saying that if Juventus win on Friday against first place Napoli, they will indeed win the Scudetto.
With the injury crisis seeming finally coming to an end, I believe the future now looks bright, Allegri must be backed by the club and the supporters for the good of everything. My only advice to my fellow tifosi is to drink a lot of coffee and energy drinks, because you are going to need it.
