Paulo Dybala reflects on painful Champions League final defeat ahead of Europa League final

Paulo Dybala, the former number 10 of Juventus and current player for Roma, has spoken out about his career and the pain of losing the Champions League final in 2017.
In an interview with Kicker on the eve of the Europa League final, Dybala recounted his time with Juventus and the regret he feels about the defeat.
“The memory still hurts, you could have the chance to win the Champions League only once in your life,” Dybala said. “I have won many trophies with Juve, but I regret this defeat very much.”
Paulo Dybala started in the 2017 Champions League Final, where Juventus were defeated 4–1 by defending champions Real Madrid, missing out on the treble.

However, Dybala, who joined Roma in 2022, will have the chance to add another trophy to his collection as his team faces Sevilla in the Europa League final on Thursday.
The Argentine forward has been a key player for Roma this season, scoring 16 goals in 36 appearances.
The Europa League final promises to be a thrilling match, with both teams eager to lift the trophy.
Sevilla, who have won the competition a record six times, will be looking to add another title to their collection. Meanwhile, Roma will be hoping to win the trophy after winning Conference League last season.
