Paul Pogba is aiming to return for Juventus’ match against Benfica in the Champions League, reports La Gazzetta dello Sport.
The French international midfielder has not featured in a single Juventus game since the start of the campaign due to an injury problem he suffered in the pre-season.
Juventus will travel to Benfica for matchday five of the Champions League on Tuesday, 25th October, where they will need to win to avoid relegation from the Champions League.
Paul Pogba was signed by Juventus for free after expiring his Manchester United contract, where he had spent six years.

According to the reports from Italy, Paul Pogba has been doing personalized training in the past few days, and he wants to appear in Juventus’s game against Benfica game.
His agent, Rafaela Pimenta confirmed that Pogba is expected to be back very soon in an interview with Tuttosport.
“Luckily now it’s over, he will soon be back on the pitch for his Juve,” said Rafaela Pimenta
“He is enthusiastic. Paul’s superpower is to overcome difficulties with incredible strength and great positivity. There was a moment, a few weeks ago, when he said to me, ‘Rafaela, that’s enough. I don’t want to think about anything anymore , I focus on my knee and recovery because I want to play again.’ And so he did.”
There were serious doubts about whether Pogba would be able to take part in France’s title-defending campaign at the World Cup. However, if he can hit the ground running upon his return to club action, he may still make Didier Deschamps’ squad.
