Juventus and the entourage of Nicolò Fagioli are working towards a contract extension. As per Nicolò Schira, Fagioli is one step away from signing a contract extension until 2026.
Romeo Agresti reported – “Juventus intend to evaluate Nicolò Fagioli during the US tour. I believe that the player will renew.”
On 31 August 2021, Fagioli was sent on a one-year loan to Serie B side Cremonese. The 21-year old Italian midfielder played a huge part in Cremonese promotion to the Serie A. He scored 3 goals and recorded 7 assists in 33 appearances for the club.
In the ongoing talks with the management, Fagioli has placed a condition that he would renew only if the club keeps him in the squad instead of sending him on loan. The addition of Fagioli to the team would be very beneficial. The player has grown alot over the last season and can add much value to the squad.
