Report: Juventus are leading the race to signing €40m rated Atletico midfielder

Juventus are said to be the favourites in the race for De Paul’s signature, and a deal could be completed this month, providing that there are no complications.
Atletico Madrid are ready to release Rodrigo De Paul this January for a club that will agree to pay €40 million, with Juventus said to be leading the race to sign him, according to reports from Spain.
Matheus Cunha has already left Atletico Madrid for Wolves, and is one of many who could leave the club this month, including Joao Felix and Alvaro Morata.
The Bianconeri are poised to sign a midfielder this month, with Weston Mckennie set to leave, but it is hard to confirm that they will offer €40m for Rodrigo De Paul.

This is not the first time that Juventus have been interested in Rodrigo De Paul, as they tried to sign him while he was at Udinese but he only to end up moving to the Wanda Metropolitano.
Rodrigo De Paul, 27, is one of the players who helped Argentina win the World Cup but his relationship with Diego Someone is not stable, which could lead to his exit from the club which is said to be ready to selling him.
