Report: New Club Shows Interest in Ramsey

When the Welshmen Aaron Ramsey first signed a pre contract with Juventus a few years ago durning that winters Mercato season, I have to admit I was very excited what the Arsenal player could bring to Serie A and more importantly my beloved Juventus. Being a huge fan of all Football, I watch all leagues from around the world, including the English Premier league where Aaron as a young man made the move too and worked on his craft until the age of 28 when Juve made him a monster offer that was to good to refuse.

Having a close eye on Ramsey I noticed that he was a very good player, a box to box attacking mid, who did extremly well on the counter attacks, and almost always lead his team or was close to leading them in assists. The only problem for the player during his time at Arsenal which seems to be a recurring theme during his time in Turin, is the fact that he has been prone to injuries, which for Juventus has ended up being a disaster as Ramsey is one of the most highest paid players at the club and in all of Serie A, which makes it almost impossible to move on from the him with out at least paying the majority of his wages.

For this reason I was surprised to hear Juventus Manager Max Allegri suggest that in fact Ramsey would be gone from the club   by the end of this window. This news came as a shock to many supporters because so far reports have indicated that the only club interested was New Castle United, who would like to make a big splash in the market, as the club was just purchased by the new rich Saudi regime. The problem is Ramsey has showed hesitancy in wanting to join them due to the fact that New Castle now sit in the relation zone, with a good chance that next season they could be playing their football in Englands second division “The Championship.”

For this reason the question most be asked of Max Allegri, why are you so confident that the player will leave durning this winters Mercato? Well, we just might have the answer for you as it seems yet again a new club has emerged and is dead serious about acquiring the player, as Calcio Mercato is now reporting that former Juventus Mid Fielded Patrick Veira who is the currant coach of the EPL side Crystal Palace is big fan of the play and along with his Clubs President is Keen on bringing in Ramsey, as the President of the club stated today in a press conference that “we always talk about how we can improve the team, if there is a possible purchase then we will think about it, but at the moment we are happy as well. When you look at Ramsey’s pedigree and the experience, I think he could improve many teams in the Premier League. ”

Ramsey is still in England on a leave of absence granted by Juventus, as he still tries to find a solution, hopefully this latest news is enough to make him flattered and could be the offer that persuades the Welshman that it’s finally time to move on from Turin, no matter how fat his currant contract is.
