The capital gains case involving Juventus seemed to be closed, but it could in fact reopen. This seems to be the will of the FIGC Prosecutor’s Office. The decision should have been taken after what emerged from the investigations carried out by the Turin prosecutor. This was reported by La Repubblica .
The FIGC could ask to revoke the decision taken by the Federal Court of Appeal on Monday. The decision had been to exonerate the 11 clubs and 61 people involved in the investigation. The case could reopen and Juventus at this point could risk penalty points in the league. There will be updates on the scenario in the coming days.
