Report: Prosecutors offices asks for new documents in the capital gains case

There is further news regarding the investigation into the capital gains in which Juventus is being investigated for false accounting. In fact, the FIGC federal prosecutor, Giuseppe Chiné, asked the Turin Public Prosecutor’s Office for the new documents that emerged in the “Prisma” investigation. Among these, also the interceptions that led to the notices of guarantee some Juventus members including the president, Andrea Agnelli and the deputy, Pavel Nedved.

The FIGC announces that “Only in the presence of new acts deemed decisive for the revision of the final decision pronounced by the United Sections Federal Court of Appeal, the federal prosecutor could decide to appeal the sports sentence for revocation.”
