Max Statman has compiled a list of the best young players for the Juventus Next Gen and Juventus U19s combined which featured Kenan Yildiz and Dean Huijsen.
Nicolo Fagioli, Samuel Iling-Junior, Fabio Miretti, Enzo Barrenechea and Matias Soulé are not on this list as because they are already used to playing in Juventus’ first team.
Here’s the combined Juventus Next Gen and U19s best XI:
Giovanni Garofani (2002)

For me, he is currently the best goalkeeper among Next Gen and U19, and it’s a pity he was stopped by a bad injury. He has very good physical and athletic abilities.
Jonas Rouhi (2004)
A left-back with great drive and an excellent foot, very good at playing in tight spaces and on set pieces. He just needs to work a bit on his defensive phase.
Alessandro Riccio (2002)
A central defender with an excellent sense of marking and good ball technique, he can lead the team.
Dean Huijsen (2005)
A central defender who plays like a veteran, we know him well by now. He is skilled at playing in a defense of three or four, left or right without problems. Fantastic sense of goal for a defender. Wide margins for improvement.
Tommaso Barbieri (2002)
A right/full-back who adapts very well even on the opposite flank. Great offensive drive and decent defensive phase, good crosser.
Joseph Nonge (2005)
A classic defensive midfielder who retrieves the ball and can turn the game into an offensive action. Good vision of the game and good technique, he just needs to improve in some moments and situations of the game. High potential.
Alessandro Sersanti (2002)
The engine of the team, with a lot of running and quantity and a very good sense of position, even on corner kicks. He gives 100% from the first to the last minute.
Luis Hasa (2004)
Perhaps one of the most versatile and technically talented players among Next Gen and U19. He can play any midfield role and as an attacking winger.
Kenan Yildiz (2005)
The clearest talent that Juventus has this year. A playmaker who can adapt as a central midfielder or second striker, but for me, he expresses himself best as a trequartista.
Mattia Compagnon (2001)
The “oldest” player in this formation, but with a quality that few have shown in Serie C. Spectacular left foot, specialist in free kicks and all-time scorer for the Next Gen. Juventus will evaluate him well in the summer.
Tommaso Mancini (2004)
It was difficult to choose just one striker, but for me, Mancini has the highest potential. He still has room for improvement, but Juventus made an expensive purchase and his performances so far are paying off. An attacker who sees the goal in every way, with his right foot, left foot, and head.
