Tottenham Hotspur could offer either Giovanni Lo Celso or Tanguy Ndombélé for Dejan Kulusevski, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport. The Swedish forward hasn’t been able to convince Massimiliano Allegri during the first half of the season and may join Spurs in January.
Juventus haven’t received any offer yet, but the interest is serious. The Bianconeri are ready to listen to offers for Kulusevski, who’s valued at €30M. Tottenham want to include one of two midfielders in the negotiations: Giovanni Lo Celso and Tanguy Ndombélé. That way they can bring down the price and slightly trim their squad.
Lo Celso joined Spurs in the summer of 2020 for €32M after being on loan in London for one year (which costed Spurs €16M). The Argentinian midfielder hasn’t been playing much since Conte arrived due to an injury. Ndombélé joined Tottenham from Lyon in 2019 for €60M. The Frenchman hasn’t convinced Conte this season and has a weak work rate and attitude according to some reports.

Juve payed Atalanta €35M (+ a €10M bonus) for Kulusevski’s services. The Swede hasn’t been able to get a permanent place in the starting eleven. Kulusevski has scored 8 goals and gave 10 assists in his 1,5 years in Turin.
Parataci and Conte
Tottenham’s interest isn’t very suprising, because Fabio Parataci, Spurs managing director of football, brought Kulusevski to Turin and knows the details of the Swede’s contract. Inter was after Kulusevski as well and Antonio Conte who at the time was Inter’s coach, is now at Spurs. Conte still likes him and sees a clear role for Kulu in his 3-4-2-1 formation: on the right side behind Harry Kane.
Juventus’s interest in an exchange deal hasn’t been confirmed at the moment.
