Update: Juve are still seriously interested in bringing back Pogba

From the moment Juventus sold Paul Pogba to Manchester United in the summer of 2018 for a then record fee of €105M, it seems a large portion of the fan base has been dreaming of his return ever since. To some, these dreams have come across as delusional, even when the rumours have been at their loudest.
But this season, everything feels different, and even some of the biggest doubters are starting to believe a return to Turin may be possible. That is until Paul pulled up in training while striking a ball as part of a shooting drill and was diagnosed with a thigh injury that will keep him sideline for at least the next 10 weeks. Pogba then posted a video on his Instagram showing himself on crushes, a sign that this injury was much more serious than everyone first expected.
So, with that video and news of Pogba’s injury, you would think that’s enough for Juventus to put an end of their plans to possibly quart the player back to Turin. Well not so fast.
According to Calcio Mercato, there are clubs still seriously interested in the player, with Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid leading the way due to their finacial stability.
You would think with those two big clubs interested and with Juventusʼs recent financial troubles, they would have no chance to land the player, but again as reported by Calcio Mercato, that doesn’t seem to be the case at all and in fact if Juventus are able to get rid of the extremely expensive contracts of Aaron Ramsey and Adrien Rabiot, well friends, according to some reports, that would leave Juve in Pole Position to re sign the player and make a lot of dreams come true.
Update: In a report today is was said that Maurizio Arrivabenne would be bring a new philosophy to the Juventus, and with him has COO the club would no longer be looking to sign players who are approaching or over the age of 30 and also would no longer be paying exaggerated agent fees. With this report, surely he is out of the picture, but according to Tuttosport, Paul Pogba would be the only exception to that rule.
