What does the future hold for Miretti, Fagioli and Rovella?
Juventus have a group of very talented young midfielders which include Fabio Miretti, Nicolo Fagioli and Nicolo Rovella but what does the future hold for the trio?
NICOLO ROVELLA:
Juventus bought Rovella from Genoa in the January market of 2021 but since then he has been on loan at Genoa. His loan spell ends this summer and the expectation for him is to be available at Continassa in a few weeks. Massimiliano Allegri will evaluate and make a decision on the midfielder. The chances of Rovella staying at Juventus are slim. Rovella has not played for Genoa in the previous months due to an injury, despite, a very convincing first half of the season, Rovella is expected to be sacrificed by the Bianconeri, he could be used in a exchange or sold to generate funds.

NICOLO FAGIOLI:
Fagioli is one of Juve’s homegrown talent. The midfielder is on loan at Cremonese in Serie B. Fagioli scored 3 goals and registered 7 assists this season in Serie B, which helped Cremonese gain promotion to Serie A. Fagioli’s contract with Juventus ends in 2023 and the Bianconeri are in talks with agents to extend the contract. Fagioli has more chances to stay at Juventus then Rovella but Massimiliano Allegri will make a final decision after evaluating them during the pre season.
FABIO MIRETTI:
Miretti, towards the end of the season was promoted to the first team from the Under 23’s. Fabio Miretti made six appearances in Serie A and impressed everyone. Massimiliano Allegri is a big fan of the midfielder. Miretti is the favourite from the three to remain at the club as of now, but a final decision will be taken after the pre-season freindlies.
