Juventus eye move for Leicester star
Juventus are interested in signing Wilfred Ndidi from Leicester City ,The Nigerian midfielder might leave for a low price.
Ndidi has played for Leicester since 2017. Last year, he signed a new contract that ends in 2027. But there is a clause in the deal that allows him to leave for just £9 million.
Because Leicester got relegated to the Championship, many clubs are now interested in Ndidi. Manchester United, Everton, Fulham, and Crystal Palace have already contacted his team.
Juventus also want him They believe he would be a good signing and can help them in the Champions League. The club has asked about the conditions to bring him to Italy.
Even though some Juventus fans are not very excited about this option, the club’s new management led by Damien Comolli likes Ndidi because he is good and not too expensive.
Coach Igor Tudor may need new midfielders. Douglas Luiz is expected to leave after a poor season, and Weston McKennie might also go.
Juventus are also looking at Florentino from Benfica, who plays a similar role but would cost around €35-40 million.
