Randal Kolo Muani addresses speculation about Juventus move
Randal Kolo Muani has made his intentions clear following France’s victory over Germany in the UEFA Nations League third-place play-off: he wants to stay at Juventus.
The 26-year-old striker, who was loaned from Paris Saint-Germain to Juventus in January, has impressed during his short stint in Turin, scoring 8 goals in 19 appearances.
Despite his efforts, his future with parent club PSG remains bleak. Kolo Muani failed to fit into Luis Enrique’s plans and was subsequently sent on loan.
Speaking in a mixed zone interview, the French international expressed his happiness in Italy. “I hope to continue there (Juventus).
I am very happy at Juventus. They welcomed me well and I am enjoying myself,” he said. “I am happy to have played a bit again, for club and for country.”
According to L’Équipe, Juventus are interested in renewing the loan deal but want to include a purchase option this time. PSG, for their part, are open to negotiation as long as the buy clause is considered realistic.
Kolo Muani is set to stay with Juventus for the upcoming FIFA Club World Cup, as his future continues to be shaped by his strong performances on the pitch.
