Tudor unhappy with Juventus transfer delays

Juventus head coach Igor Tudor is reportedly growing frustrated with the club’s sluggish activity in the summer transfer market.

The 46-year-old Croatian tactician, who took over in March following the dismissal of Thiago Motta, managed to stabilize the team and secure a Top 4 finish  enough to earn him the job on a permanent basis after Antonio Conte opted to remain at Napoli.

Tudor is unhappy with the slow pace at which the club is conducting transfer business. With preseason set to begin Thursday, he had hoped most of the new squad would be in place by now.

So far, Jonathan David is the only confirmed signing, although the permanent deal for Francisco Conceição is expected to be officially announced soon.

Juventus are still working on several targets, including Jadon Sancho and Randal Kolo Muani, as well as a new midfielder, a right wingback, and possibly a defender.

However, the club has struggled to offload players like Dusan Vlahovic and Douglas Luiz, which has stalled further progress.

Despite his frustration, Tudor is said to maintain strong relations with Damien Comolli and the club’s upper management. Such tensions are not uncommon during the transfer window.
