Arthur open to a move away from Juventus this summer

Brazilian midfielder Arthur Melo will return to Juventus after his loan spell at Fiorentina came to an end.
The 27-year-old made 48 appearances for the Viola last season, but the club opted not to exercise their purchase option due to the high asking price.
Arthur, who joined Juventus from Barcelona in 2020, had his contract extended until 2026 before moving to Fiorentina on loan last summer. This was done to make his salary more manageable for the Bianconeri.
The midfielder’s future at Juventus is now uncertain, with reports suggesting that he could be loaned out again.
Arthur’s agent, Federico Pastorello, has said that his client is open to a move away from Turin in search of regular playing time.
“There has been a big change in tactical approach at Juve with Motta, we will see what happens,” Pastorello told Sky Sport.
“He is certainly a player who is closer to Thiago’s type of play, then it will be up to the management to make the evaluations. We are calm, he had a great season, it will not be a problem to find a solution.”
Arthur’s return to Juventus could complicate the club’s midfield plans, with the Bianconeri already linked with a number of other targets.
