Juventus could have a few announcements today, as the club could confirm Motta. They have accelerated contacts with Atalanta for Teun Koopmeiners, because the fee for Douglas Luiz could be organised. Luiz has also set his personal demands. Mason Greenwood has been set as a target if Juventus sell Chiesa or Soule.
Thiago Motta
According to Nicolo Schira on X that today Thiago Motta could possibly be announced by Juventus today. His deal will run until 2027. This is after he announced he will leave Bologna at the end of the season.
Reportedly in Turin, he will demand maximum intensity in training. He wants the ball in every single session. And players must show courage in all the tasks they do instead of roles.
Teun Koopmeiners and Douglas Luiz
Teun Koopmeiners negotiations will be sped up after his injury meaning he will miss the euros.
According to Gazzetta dello sport this is due to Douglas Luiz fee being agreed. Juventus will send Aston Villa both of Weston Mckennie and Samuel Illing Jr with a fee of 18 to 20 million euros.
Once this agreed upon Giuntoli will put full focus to make the Dutch star the second signing. Personal I feel that sending both Mckennie and Illing Jr is too much for Luiz. I feel instead the club should send one for the Brazilian with a fee of 25-30 million which has been reported before.
Chiesa, Soule and Greenwood
Chiesa and Soule could be sold this mercato as Motta is not a fan of the players. According to Gianluca Di Marzio on X he could go to Roma.
Both he and his agent are fond of the idea of Rome as well as the project they have been showed to by De Rossi and Romas board.
According to Calcio merecato on X Mason Greenwood has said he wants to join Juventus and it is now up to Manchester United to make it happen. It could cost Juventus 30 million euros plus bonuses.
