Although Allegri is hopeful that Di Maria will be available for the game, the player remains at risk due to a recent injury concerns. A final decision on his participation will be made after tomorrow’s assessment.

Despite this, Allegri has reassured fans that there is nothing to worry about, and Di Maria was subsequently rested for the Sampdoria match as a precaution.

However, in addition to Di Maria, Juventus will also be without Arek Milik, Paul Pogba, and Leonardo Bonucci.

Pogba suffered an injury while training free-kicks, while Bonucci sustained an injury during the Sampdoria match. Arkadiusz Milik has been sidelines for weeks but he’s close to returning in full training.

Furthermore, Allegri is also unsure whether Federico Chiesa will be available for selection. This latest setback adds to the list of injury woes facing the Italian giants as they prepare for their crucial Europa League clash against Freiburg.
