Juventus handed huge Lukaku transfer boost but need to find Vlahovic buyer

Juventus has reportedly set their sights on Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku. The Bianconeri have been given a boost by Inter Milan’s surprising withdrawal from the race for the Belgian forward’s signature.
Inter Milan’s decision to step away from negotiations with Lukaku comes as a result of their dissatisfaction with his discussions with Juventus and his apparent distance from the club.
Lukaku had initially seemed destined for a return to Inter, but now his hopes lie in securing a concrete offer from Juventus, as the only other serious interest in his services comes from Saudi Arabia.
According to well-known journalist Fabrizio Romano, Juventus has prepared a bid for Lukaku, matching Chelsea’s valuation of €40 million. The proposed offer stands at €37.5 million, with an additional €2.5 million in potential add-ons.
However, this bid is contingent on Juventus finding a buyer for their Serbian striker, Dusan Vlahovic, before August 4.
It appears that a possible swap deal involving Lukaku and Vlahovic is not of interest to Chelsea, despite various media reports suggesting otherwise. Juventus now faces the challenge of finding a suitable buyer for Vlahovic, who is valued at approximately €75-80 million, in order to fund their pursuit of Lukaku.
The coming weeks will be crucial as Juventus seeks to finalize a deal for Lukaku. The club’s management and coaching staff will be working diligently to find a buyer for Vlahovic, with PSG interested and ensure that the necessary funds are in place to meet Chelsea’s valuation.
